My Story

This is Buster and here are some facts about him:

  1. Also known as dad + Papa (and BRIAN when he's really in trouble)
  2. Told me the rudest joke I've heard in my life
  3. Has four granddaughters and wears a necklace with all their names on, next to his heart
  4. Has never been seen without a beard
  5. Can still sink a pint with very little effort
  6. Has Alzheimer's and vascular dementia

Our dad/papa/Buster is slowly disappearing from us and we hate it. If there's anything we can do to hasten research into this crap disease we're behind it. That's why, despite saying I'll never do it again, I'm running/walking/crying the 2024 Brighton Marathon  on April 7th.

I'd like to raise a grand, but honestly anything is better than nothing and it all goes to this great cause and if you come down we can go for a pint after.
